A Social Network for Influencers

This idea is short and simple: a small social network just for influencers and those who fund them. It should be mobile-only and allow online content creators to present themselves and their channels from their point of view. In addition advertisers can make profiles to showcase who they support. And of course, both sides should find and contact each other to strike deals. Influencers would get vetted to verify who they are and make this community an exclusive one.

Why not just use existing platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn? This new social network would place more attention on the existing channels of influencers and present their work free from distraction, aimed exlusively at advertisers… and each other of course. People who are otherwise living very publicly could have a bit of privacy here to make deals.

The hardest part of this concept would be to get a two-sided network to catch on with everyone.
